Menu Monday

Finally, finally, finally we are beginning to thaw out.  The warm 50's have been so nice.  I may have to bust out the swimsuit when the 60's hit later this week.  After subzero temps for the last week, 60's will feel like a heatwave.  I apologize in advance if you see me wearing my swimsuit around this week. 

In celebration of the OK thawing process, we are utilizing the grill to its fullest potential.  Actually, we used the grill last week too when it was 15 degrees out.  It's hard not to use it when your genius husband asked that an outside gas line be installed when we built our house.  No propane tank, just a turn of a handle and the grill starts.  It's a beautiful thing.  Plus it also feeds our addiction of all things grilled.  No pun intended.  Okay, a little pun intended.

Monday-Fajitas using this marinade, Grilled Squash, Zucchini, and Asparagus, Brown Rice
Tuesday-Chicken a la King (recipe to post this week) and Peas
Wednesday-Grilled Pork Chops with Dry Rub,  Grilled Peppers & Onions, Cheesy Biscuits
Thursday-Grilled Chicken (make extra for tomorrow's meal), Green Beans, Baked Potatoes
Friday-Grilled Chicken Club Salad with Honey Butter Bread
Saturday-Hamburgers and Taco Dip
Sunday-Dinner with the Smith's
