I was really feeling bad. Two weeks. Two weeks in a row I didn't make a menu. I couldn't be a failure two weeks in a row. So I threw one together last night because flying by the seat of my pants is not how I roll. I'm a planner.

Saturday-Fried Chicken Salad with Honey Buttered Croissants
Sunday-BBQ Chicken Quarters, Mac-n-Cheese, Mixed Greens Salad
